1. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and to comply with the following restrictions: Do not use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. Do not engage in any form of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods. Do not interfere with or circumvent any security features of the service.

2. SMS messaging

Text messages sent through the Platform are governed by the SMS Terms in Section 3 below.

3. SMS Terms

Program name. Runlight Booking Notifications.

Messages we send. If you opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you book, Runlight will send you transactional text messages about your booking on behalf of the tour or activity provider. These include booking confirmations, reminders before your reservation, changes or cancellations to your booking, and replies to your requests. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your bookings, typically a few messages per booking.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply.

HELP and STOP. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
